FLOOR DRAINERS

A bathroom drain jalli is a grid or screen that covers the opening of a drain in a bathroom. It is designed to prevent larger objects, such as hair and soap, from entering the drain and causing blockages. The jalli typically consists of a metal or plastic mesh that is held in place over the drain by screws or clips. Over time, the jalli can become clogged with debris and may need to be cleaned or replaced to ensure proper drainage.

ARK manufactures Drainers in Brass & Stainless Steel. The Frame may be round or square. The Size of Jalli may be 5” or 6”. The customer may select jalli with or without hole depending on the requirement. Few Jalli or Drainers have locking frames so that the grid does not get displaces form the frame.

FLOOR COCKROACH TRAPS

Cockroach trap jalli drainers, also known as cockroach trap drain covers, are devices designed to prevent cockroaches and other pests from entering drains. There is a small cup within a bigger cup where water gets collected and traps the insects in the lower part of the drain.

These drain covers typically consist of a metal or plastic mesh screen that fits over the drain, allowing water to flow through while trapping any debris or insects that may try to enter. Some designs may also include a removable tray that can be easily emptied and cleaned.

Cockroach trap jalli drainers are commonly used in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas where cockroaches and other pests are likely to enter through drains. They are effective at preventing pests from entering the drain and crawling up into the sink or bathtub.

In addition to preventing pest infestations, cockroach trap jalli drainers can also help to prevent clogs in the drain by trapping hair, food particles, and other debris that may otherwise accumulate in the pipes. They are easy to install and can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.

Overall, cockroach trap jalli drainers are a simple and effective way to prevent pests from entering drains and causing problems in the home.

ARK manufactures cockroach traps of stainless steel & brass. The Frame may be round or square. Some models have locking frames.

DIVERTOR CONCEALED KITS

ARK Divertor Kits are of 3 types 40mm push type, 40mm lever type & 46 mm push type. The latter two are High Flow Kits. Kits means the concealed part of the divertor which goes inside the wall. The Exposed part can be later purchase to select the matching plate & lever as per the Bathroom theme & other Sanitary Collections to match the whole concept.

A bathroom diverter body, also known as a shower diverter valve body, is a plumbing component that is typically installed behind the wall of a shower or bathtub. It is responsible for controlling the flow of water between different shower or tub outlets, such as a showerhead, hand-held showerhead, or tub spout.

The diverter body usually has an inlet for the water supply and multiple outlets for the water flow. When the diverter is activated, it diverts the water flow from the main showerhead to the secondary outlet, such as a hand-held showerhead or tub spout.

Diverter bodies come in different sizes and configurations to fit different types of plumbing systems and installation requirements. Some are designed to be used with specific types of diverters, such as three-way or two-way diverters. It is important to choose the right type of diverter body for your plumbing system and to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper installation and use.

FLOAT VALVES

A float valve, also known as a ballcock or float-operated valve, is a type of valve used to control the flow of water in a tank or reservoir by using a float to detect the water level.

A float valve consists of a valve body with an inlet and an outlet, a float, and a lever or arm. The float is typically made of plastic and is connected to the lever or arm. When the water level in the tank or reservoir drops, the float drops with it, causing the lever or arm to move and open the valve. As the valve opens, water flows into the tank or reservoir, raising the water level and causing the float to rise. When the water level reaches a certain height, the float rises high enough to close the valve, stopping the flow of water.

Float valves are commonly used in applications such as toilet tanks, livestock watering troughs, and water storage tanks. They are simple and reliable, with few moving parts, making them easy to maintain and repair. Float valves can be made of various materials such as brass, plastic, and stainless steel, and come in different sizes to suit a variety of applications.

ARK manufactures Brass Float Valves of sizes ½”, ¾” & 1” for water overflow control of storage tank in the water source line.

BALL VALVES

Ball valves are a type of valve commonly used in plumbing systems and other industrial applications. They are designed to control the flow of fluid through a pipeline by using a ball with a hole in the middle to regulate the opening and closing of the valve.

The ball valve consists of a hollow, perforated ball that is positioned within a pipe. The ball has a hole through its center, which allows fluid to flow through when the valve is open. When the valve is closed, the ball is rotated so that the hole is perpendicular to the flow, preventing the fluid from passing through. Ball valves are typically operated by a lever or a handle that is turned to rotate the ball.

One of the main advantages of ball valves is their ability to fully open or close quickly. This makes them ideal for applications where a fast response is required. Additionally, ball valves are durable and long-lasting, with a low risk of leakage due to their tight sealing mechanism.

Due to their many benefits, ball valves are widely used in a variety of industries, including plumbing, water treatment, chemical processing, and oil and gas. They come in a range of sizes and materials to suit different applications, including brass, stainless steel, and PVC.

At ARK we manufacture small brass ball valves of sizes 1/2”, ¾” & 1” for water application only.

TEFLON TAPE

ARK Teflon tape, also known as plumber's tape or thread seal tape, is a thin, white or yellow tape made from Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a type of plastic known for its non-stick properties. It is commonly used in plumbing applications to seal pipe threads and prevent leaks.

To use Teflon tape, you wrap it around the threads of a pipe fitting in a clockwise direction, making sure to overlap the tape slightly as you go. The tape acts as a lubricant, allowing the pipe fitting to be tightened more easily and creating a tight seal that prevents leaks.

Teflon tape is a popular choice for sealing pipe threads because it is flexible, easy to use, and highly resistant to chemicals and heat. It can be used on a wide range of materials, including copper, brass, plastic, and steel. However, it's important to note that Teflon tape should not be used on flare fittings or compression fittings, as these types of fittings rely on metal-to-metal contact for a proper seal.

Overall, Teflon tape is a useful tool for preventing leaks in plumbing applications and is a staple in many plumbers' toolkits. We are ARK cut the Tape to specific width & length   12mmx0.10mmx10mtr and wind it on a spool, making it easy to wind around pipe threads.

ARK Teflon tale is a common, inexpensive and effective yellow tape used to seal threads & pipes in plumbing. It easily fills the gap between threads.
